"I am an avid collector of Sunn and Acoustic amps, and have been for some time.
For a while I had been told about this guy in Portalnd I needed to meet by Joe
Preston and Jared Warren. To quote Joe Preston, we needed to meet because we
were the “same dude”. I finally tracked down Wade and inquired more about his
company and what he was making. I knew right away he was a man after my own
heart! He is into big amps and cabs about as much as I am, maybe more. And to boot,
he makes pedals as well. The first purchase I made from Wade was the Monolith
Lodestone Bass Fuzz. I bought it last Fall to use in my in band GRIDS, where I am
the bass player. When I got it , it looked KILLER, but once I plugged it in I was now
moving mountains with my bass tone."
"I toured last Xmas with this pedal into my rig that was a (2) Sunn Beta Bass Heads
into a Sunn 115RH and Sunn 212lh. The sound was massive that was produced with
result of this pedal and amp configuration. I grew tired of lugging 2 cabs around and
talked to Wade about getting a cab made that had 15” and 12” bass speakers in ONE
cab. He told me he had just made a cab called the BLKARM that was (2) 15” speakers
and (2) 10” speakers. He told me I would love it and he was right. He began making
me one last Spring that I got right before I went to record out new record. I also
had him make me a Monolith Tectonic Shift as well. When the pallet with the cab
arrived, I new I had made the right decision already. I hooked an Acoustic 320 to the
10” speakers and an Acoustic 220 to the 15” speakers. I like the fact that I have all
that in one cab. I have now gone to running just an Acoustic 320 into the BLKARM
and I STILL have sound men crying!"
"I have always owned used gear, so the stuff I bought from Wade was the first
custom made cab and pedals I have ever bought. I can tell you I would pretty
much buy WHATEVER he makes at this point. The quality and the tone is
unmatched for anyone out there. I know of no one else making the kind if cabs
or pedals that he is making with Monolith. Do yourself a favor, and join the club!"

Via Justin Romito on his custom MONOLITH 312's:
"I love my MONOLITH gear! Not only does it sound great, it looks cool, and it keeps people guessing."
"The LODESTONE has become my go-to pedal when I need a distortion capable of loosening even the finest dental work. It sounds good when using conservative settings, but crank up the tone & fuzz and prepare to have your face melted. Sounds great with guitar and bass. I've even used it to fatten and warm up a few digital synthesizers. This thing goes from smooth and soothing to down-right abusive with the twist of a knob."
"Having been a guitar player in thrash and speed metal bands for nearly two decades I've tried quite a few speaker cabinets. I struggled to find one that could handle all the low end of tuned down palm-muted speed riffage without unpleasant cabinet resonance while maintaining clarity. My MONOLITHs definitely show a small peak near 110 Hz which really brings out some punch whilst chugging away on the low notes, but the overall response is surprisingly flat. Finally, a guitar cabinet that puts out what you put into it! Not only do my MONOLITH cabinets keep the low end tighter than a nun's asshole and the highs screaming like a bloodthirsty werewolf, they're packing enough wattage to blow your fuckin' pants off. Sell your Marshalls to the kid up the street and start playing your music through the speaker cabinets it deserves."

Via Seth Montfort of RABBITS on his 412-L's:
“After years of playing big brand cabinets and not being completely happy with the tone, I was introduced to the MONOLITH name by a mutual friend. I lurked on the website for a bit and then got in touch with Wade. After a few conversations we decided on an updated 412-L in an oversized package with a few special touches for me. What he delivered far exceeded my highest expectations. The cabinets alleviated the harsh low end buzz and filled out the bottom end tightness I had been looking for. Wade is a solid guy and he builds amazing gear. I plan on picking up a bass LODESTONE in the near future or whatever awesomeness Wade dreams up."
